About Me

I’m Doloquee M. Bedell, Jr., a multi-disciplinary professional who is using technology as a tool to provide solutions for business and humanitarian needs. My journey lies at the intersection of technology and the supply chain industry.

Growing up in some of Liberia’s underprivileged communities, I remember how we would often argue over random topics and rush to the internet to see who was right. Each time we searched for information about Liberia, all we found were war images and stories of conflict. There was almost nothing positive about our country online. That experience shaped my passion for technology and inspired my desire to build digital solutions that help organizations showcase the positive side of Liberia to the world.

Education & Experience

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Starz University, graduating with a 3.5 CGPA. I have certifications in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), Data Analytics, and Supply Chain Management from PM4NGOs, Google, and Rutgers Business School (through the Coursera eLearning platform). I recently attended an international training in Data Management for Pharmacy and Forecasting in Kigali, Rwanda.

After developing websites for institutions like Verity News, Need4Women, MKNK Foundations, etc., and working in different capacities across institutions, my passion has evolved into a clear purpose: to build/manage systems that make impact measurable, processes efficient, and change sustainable.

Currently, I’m serving as an Operations Systems Specialist at Partners In Health Liberia, where I manage the institution’s Logistics Information Management System (LMIS).  Here at PIHL, my role cuts across creating and training users, configuring software based on stakeholders’ needs, software testing and implementation, and providing regular updates with the International Operations (IOPs) team. This work allows me to blend my IT foundation with real-world logistical & supply chain operations.

Life Away from Work

Beyond the titles and systems, my lifelong goal is to help make the world a better place and push people to their full potential. This is the driving force behind my strength and resilience. Away from work, I enjoy reading personal development books, curating stories that celebrate Liberian talent, watching football games, or spending quality time communicating with my family.

Future Endeavors

Looking ahead, my goal is to pursue a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, alongside earning a globally recognized Microsoft certification in Power BI. With these, I aim to help strengthen supply chain systems across Africa’s healthcare sector and ensure that data quality is improved for informed decision-making.

If you’re interested in linking up or exchanging ideas on how we can utilize technology to better serve people, then I’d love to connect with you as well.
